Coach, I appreciate your pad work 🙏...I prefer this approach, teaching and revealing tactical situations in engagement. I understand that some pad work needs to be volume, but without the understanding and technical proficiency, it can just become 'cardio'

Yes Coach Charles took a more “learning” approach for the sake of the video , he has 3 levels of pad holding, Beginner/Mid/Pro level and depending on Fight camp will determine the volume! Ty for watching 🙏🙌

I was watching Tier 1 (13 videos) and checked out the Kids Videos but could not find a video on the fundamentals of your body kick or kneeing or how to Teep. I have a question. So, when you both were moving from side to side. At one point you were more “bladed” is that why he/an opponent is able to land kicks? Being more square as in your lead feet pointed more at an angle or just widening your stance? I know that might be confusing what I’m trying to say lol but this is a problem I have at times with my Muay Thai stance.
