Can you create an exercise to help scoliosis patients flatten their stomachs and slim their waists? I want to shape my body, but I'm not sure where to begin.

Hi there, weight loss and changing your body composition is much more than specific exercises, it requires some specific planning around diet, sleep, exercise, stress levels, and more. Our channel isn't geared towards weight loss - there are many workouts on KZbin that are focused on that - we focus moreso on strength, scoliosis-safe exercises, and thriving in the body you have.

I a. So grateful for your videos on scoliosis and kyphosis. May I ask if your cameras could film you much closer? It's hard to see what exactly you are doing. I would greatly appreciate some videos on firming and getting rid of belly fat for scoliosis patients done from a chair or standing. Thank you so much. 💐

Hi Beth, yes we can try to edit the videos to be a bit closer for static movements, however we do try to include the full body in the frame so need to be zoomed out for that. You can also try zooming in using your browser settings. As for your question about belly fat - changing your body composition is much more than specific exercises, it requires some specific planning around diet, sleep, exercise, stress levels, and more. Our channel isn't geared towards weight loss or physical appearance - there are many workouts on KZbin that are focused on that - we focus moreso on strength, scoliosis-safe exercises, and thriving in the body you have.

I’m a nurse practitioner caring for a 12 yr old female with 14 degrees scoliosis. Can you educate me on core exercise for this age group? Can they do this sitting routine.
