When Tom mention being recognized in Berlin, I hoped he was going to mention when he met me, but alas. I came up to him at the Topography of Terror, and I remember him mentioning something along the lines of how inappropriate a place it was to meet a fan. I really wish I had met him someplace else to get to have a chance to speak longer with him. Also, I don't know why but he looks older in person. I guess the camera really does take years off.

If you were to do TechDif: On Ice, you could do it on the Rideau Canal, a manmade waterway that runs through Ottawa. It has more than enough length so that you could all move as a group down it for a full show's length of take with no turning around or revisiting the same place (or a very minimal amount of these things).

I think Matt has his modern hair, but Tom has a ponytail. You can get clearer pictures of that ponytail in the two videos about Mad Cap'n Tom on this channel. And if you watch older videos on Tom's main channel, you can see a progression from ponytail to typically longer than present to current length. Why yes I'm a ponytailed woman, why do you ask? :-P

Having keys for the separate flags is impractical only if you know the abbreviations for each flag. I would argue that although it took more time to have keys for each flag, in the end the whole keyboard was easier to use.
