Phenomenal result Amit! You have a full head of hair and honestly have a lower density in crown is completely normal even for people with no hair loss - if anything it makes your results seem even more natural and less “hair transplanty” if that makes sense. Hopefully you can find peace with your new look 😊

Dude, you're crown looks awesome now! And considering that it's only gonna get better in a few more months?! That's amazing news! Yeah, it's not as dense as you may want, but it actually looks "normal" and natural, if you get what I'm saying. It even looks better than most other people's natural crown at your age. Definitely not an issue anymore. If anything, maybe just some SMP, but even then, I think you're good. Definitely not necessary for another transplant. Yes, please try out dermatch. Would love to see your thoughts on it. Coming close on 2 months now since my transplant. Definitely in the ugly duckling phase with some really bad shock loss on my donor area, but your videos have kept me encouraged and informed. Thanks!

I would wait for further procedures as hard as that is. Your lateral humps may thin overtime or some hairs may have been taken outside of the safest zones. your lateral humps thin and the crown could expand and it can look very unnatural and you don’t want to completely exhaust your donor as you are still very young and had very aggressive balding. Late 30s at least for your next procedure imo. Then you could make the best out of your third transplant

Smp is like putting fibers in but it's permanent and doesn't wash out.. I seen so many close up results unnoticeable..the key is to find a good smp clinic..

curious on thoughts as to why your crown didn't fill in as much as you were expecting? Graft survival or it just wasn't packed in dense enough?

Was there any specific reason not to take grafts from the beard area? Video reply would be much appreciated with a little bit more clarification regarding different donor areas🙏🏻

Bro what an incredible result after 14 months, your crown keeps filling....😊 that means the time scale of 18 months to achieve 100% results on crown sounds about rite. If rosemary oil is making a difference, would you consider permanently replacing Minoxidil with Rosemary oil in the future? 🤔

Hello all. I was wondering if I could get opinions. I recently contacted Vera clinic and I sent some pictures off my head and hair (although it was very greasy) the Norwood scale is 6. I should have sent the pictures when the hair was washed because it looks so much better but if it was still at 6, Would it be even worth it for a guy like me? I do have thin hair that gets greasy the next day. Thanks

I believe the 18 month timeline to be a myth for most people. The reality is that most people will see the majority of growth within 6 to 8 months. I've now had two transplants and 1 session of smp. The 2nd session of smp is next week. I'm already considering a 3rd and final transplant to really finish the job, but the money this is costing and the time invested has been exhausting. I'm close but yet so far

Thanks amit, you take 0.5 every other day?
@naimhammami45905 ай бұрын
In his case it's 0. 5 every day but you can each other day if you have sides ! You got sides ? I start it by microdosing it .I started with a magistral preparation like we call it here (pharmaceutical prep 0.25mg)EOD for 1 month to test . Everything went well.Then tookit evry day for 1 month (felt it was too low and i was afraid too loose a lot of time at my NW6 state) .Then bought 5mg pill and cut it in 8 so that's 0.62mg (wanted to take close to 0.5mg but coudn't cut it like that) so i took 0.62mg for 3 months .Now i'm increasing to 1.25mg daily or sometiles EOD when i feel that the dose is too strong...( probably because my system is still not used with that dosage of 1.25mg daily ...still dont know but i follow it closely 🙏

Hello Amit just wanna say I totally understand you ,I had reached 18 months last month on the crown,and the result is almost same as previous months 14,15,16 etc....I have visited my clinic and said that I'm not satisfied with crown results It could be better they agree that the results isn't good ,and they offered me FUE ,DHI method for filling empty areas and they would do that for free.I dont know what to do ,my donor looks same as before first surgery and thats the maybe main reason I'm affraid they won't overharvest it,they said that my donor is that good ,that it wouldnt notice,but still I have that fear....BTW great chanel and content
@amitposthair5 ай бұрын
thank you for checking out the channel! but ye si do agree with you with the results part. The result may not be as much, but i am trying go down a more natural ingredients route to see if i can get that coverage on my own now. Recently i got a hair transplant done amir it take almost 9 hr to complete they first extracted 4500 graft then they make slits then they implant graft survival rate decrease with time does all my graft will survive i am very scared plz help
@naimhammami45905 ай бұрын
yes 9 hours means 2 hours for extracting (then putting grafts in fridge), 1 hour for the channel opening ...so the grafts if handled correctly survives 4 hours or more out of the fridge...etc . But there's a lot of things to respect for the graft to survive if the technicians implants the graft too firmly (graft can sink)or toooo soft (graft fall out after x time..) this all can kill the grafts ..
