I've currently only got a £250 limit on my credit card as I opened it when I was a student with low income. Would you recommend opening a new credit card with a higher limit to build my credit score more or just sticking to what I have right now. I am only building my credit score as I plan to buy a house in the next few years but would rather open a new card now so it has time to fall off my record before applying for a mortgage. Just concerned it will lower my borrowing potential if I get a higher credit limit on a new card
