@@CutlerCast For me I've been doing a study with Kratom and Kava. I am just about one year in my study. Started using for chronic pain till I got my surgery. I chose this route vs getting a long-term script from my doctor. During my use which I used up to 200mg daily. I wont write much here but nothing blood had no change, no addiction, no withdrawals. It is habit forming and Ie continued to use it post-surgery vs prescription pain meds. I currently use it 2- 3 times a week as the effects do last more then a day. Once Im fully healed, I will only use it recreationally ie I do not consume alcohol so if instead I will have one kula kratom drink on say a date night.
