The game looks phenomenal at 1080i / wide screen on a 32 inches flat tv. Polyphony Digital really managed to get the absolute best of PS2's hardware with this game.

I think the last and final mission with the SLR gave me RSI and PTSD....but when i finally completed it i dropped my controller in so much joy and fist bumped the air uncontrollably! Those were the days when you had have to skill and some luck to play a hard game, no handouts

What always had me the most on those 1-lap missions was to have to wait OVER AND OVER AGAIN whenever you made a mistake you knew would cost you the win and had to start over.
