0:53- hips dropped pins ball twice then force the ball straight trough the floor 20 pins with right and left. 2:00 - pound two balls two the knee level out of your comfort zone 3 sets of 30 secs. 3:12 - hips dropped alternate two balls and call of out right or left pins the ball you called out, with no coach do 6 pounds then after that pin the ball to the ground and keep doing that for every six pins. 4:27 - do 10 pounds with two balls, then pin the balls to the ground then ,do two pushups with balls and keep going down from there EX: 10 pounds 2 push’s, 9 pounds two push’s. 6:23 - pound 20 times then 5 alternate pounds after pounds. EX: 20 pounds 5 alternate, 19 pounds 5 alternate. PART TWO : 8:33 -Come across from cone to ankle to ankle then do a cross over form hand to hand with both hands. --9:16-- - do the same but do cross without bouncing the ball, just go straight into the crossover. --10:05-- - cross ball form ankle to ankle, then go under the legs and keep doing Repeatedly. --10:47-- - do the same thing but don’t bounce the ball but still go under the legs after cross from ankle ankle. --11:21-- - cross the ball with right hands and do whatever move encounter you wanna do . PART 3 : --14:05-- - bound your weak hand with the ball really hard and fast. --14:27-- - do a v dribble, just go back and forth and back forth and back forth, do wide V. --15:18-- - pound the ball with your weak hand and go really fast with and hard with it. --15:50-- - get 3 hard pounds, then do 3 little pounds and keeps switching fast. --16:46- attack the with your weak hand and rebound if you missed it , then go back and go behind your back and do it again. And your dominate hand cannot touch the ball. PART 4 18:46 - Pound and cross and don’t go way to fast, do it at your knees. 19:40- do the same through but go under the legs and do for 30 SECONDS EACH. 20:20 - pass a cone from each side of each goal so outside finish’s and reverse lay up with leg by goal.

practice is supposed to be harder than games and its harder to dribble two basketballs therefore if you got in the game it becomes easier
