We continue exploring Marienfluss, one of the most beautiful places in the very beautiful country of Namibia, and end up hanging out in a Himba village and experiencing a little of village life.

Enjoyed this one very much. Just 'roaming' along with a bit of great scenery, shopping, fuel sourcing and a visit to the local butcher shop! Marienfluss just awesome - can be called the Wadi Rum of Namibia .. .. ha ha ha !! Looking at the horizon for number 16 ! Go slow, go safe and enjoy !!

Yeah, it was pretty gnarly... I was sorry I didn't get a shot of it before I put the bandages on, but on 2nd thought, it would have been too graphic to show maybe! Thanks mate, I'm doing my best and enjoying the learning experience of producing these...

Howdy again Senor Yak! Thanks from Texas and safe travels! Northern Namibian desert gives new meaning to the word “ boondocks “! Love the early video of the green tree line in the yellow sand…simply stunning. And the rooftop camera pan is very nice, is that a new angle? Very nice interactions with the locals and enjoyed a glimpse into their life and some of the costs they may incur. Overall big sincere thanks for your sharing and look forward to the next! Thanks mate.... I'd like to do more of those very wide shots, but its very hot and hard walking to go and put the camera in those places - every 100 metres of walking means you need to drink a litre of water!

At the 5:25 mark you really do get the feeling of isolation and the vastness of the area you’re in. The raw sound of the wind, the landys 200tdi engine sound, rattles and squeaks gives you a sense of being there and part of the adventure. Great suspension shot at 7min! The landy soaks the bumps up really well.
