I felt the same way but if you are more mindful you won't waste money on the junk and processed foods that are bad for you. Have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner and then maybe raw veggies or nuts for a snack you won't be filled with all that empty processed food that doesn't keep you full. And if more people bought organic and not pestiside sprayed food the price of organic should go down, supply and demand. :) Know you and your health are worth it and let just hope food prices won't stay this high for very much longer.

It says in Isaiah 53:5 He prophesied what Jesus was going to do…. By whose stripes you ARE healed and It says in 1st Peter 2:24 says By whose stripes, you WERE healed. So one was looking forward and one was looking back! Jesus carried our sickness and disease; why should we put up with it? Why should we carry it? He already did! God wants us healed more than we want to be healed. Let’s believe the good report! God wants us well❤

I grew up on a farm, so tomatoes were a daily staple. I always assumed they were healthy, and you explained how its true. I'm sure you've heard of Dr. Gundry. He says tomatoes are bad because of the lectins. He's very opposed to anything with lectins, including peanut butter. What is your advice?
@DrLivingood
@DrLivingood Жыл бұрын
Overall I would not be worried about eating lectin-containing foods unless you know you have sensitivities to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing lectins have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. Lectins can also easily be minimized by fermenting veggies, sprouting nuts, and cooking grains/beans. -LGD Team

Excessive consumption over a period of time could affect your testosterone, but would require more concrete research. 1-2 tbs is safe to our knowledge. If you have a preexisting condition we always recommend you speak with your physician regarding your concerns. -LGD Team
