The exercises in this 15 Min Abs & Core Functional Kettlebell Workout will target the Internal and external obliques, transverse and rectus abdominis, pelvic floor muscles, erector spinae. You could feel your muscles in the shoulders, glutes and back working during some exercises.
This workout is targeted for strong beginners/intermediates, the heavier the weight the harder the workout. I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to strengthen your core and abs, reduce lower back pain and improve your posture.😁
You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.
