Your videos are really helping me. I'm a mom of three young children and my own mom passed away a month ago -- I was her caregiver for years. With your videos, I am finally exercising again and rediscovering my strength after a long period of self-sacrifice, sadness, and hardship. It's helping with my grief, too. I know my mom is proud of me for taking care of myself. Thank you for making these videos so approachable and cheerful.
