Love love love your workouts. Been through a year of caregiving and then losing my spouse and your workouts are the only reason I can still move my body. The short videos are a lifesaver because even at the worst times, doing 10 or 15 minutes seems possible.

Thank you for providing amazing short workouts that are very impactful and anyone can do. I’ve been experiencing a lot of leg and knee pain in the past couple of years but sure fitness routines are very easy to do and I feel that they are strengthening my legs and my knees so thank you.

I love this workout. But I have difficulty with my knees due tin injuries, a bad fall and bad knee twist during a hike. But will do those excercises that I can handle.

Wow! For 15 minutes, my sweat was all over me. Just perfect workout for me, low impact but still some calories were burn on me. Thank you for this routine💪💪💪🥵

Love this! Perfect for the morning energy and a bit of sweat (even with my period on). ❤💥 BTW The music also got much better! (though, mixing with tunes with no lyrics would be even better to ease the mind).

thank you for this. No jumping at all. Other exercises i've seen in YT always include jumping it makes me tired and out of breath so fast that i can't finish the entire "10-15"min. exercise. 🤭😅
