again another sneaky good burner here. used 20s all the way through the entire workout. those last few rounds were pretty tough with the pushups, flys and pinch press pullovers. thanks again for giving us this great burn in just 15 short mins.

holy cow is my chest on fire after doing this one again. upped the weight to 22.5s entire way through and that was so tough. made it all the way through, so really pleased with that progress 4/9

I look through your 200 videos. Do you do a video just for 20lb dumbbell workouts? This was the only thing I could get my hands on why I am working away from home.

You can do any of the workouts with any weight. You just need to adjust the amount of reps you do with that weight in the allotted time for example. So if using a heavier weight you would do slightly less reps in a 30 seconds window as an example.
