Hi all, I thought I’d leave a feedback since I’ve been doing this routine for five months and it is long overdue. I’m 47, try to eat healthy and exercise regularly (low impact). High intensity routines are not for me, so I was looking for leg exercises without the jumps. This is exactly what I needed. I’ve been doing it five days a week (together with other 10 minutes arms and abs) and have seen very good results, toning and lean without bulk muscles. Now, after five months, I’m mixing it up with some of her other leg exercises as I think I’ve gained enough strength to challenge myself more. I also wanted to mention that apart from her beauty which is evident, Maddie gives a very good vibe, calm, confident and kind. Thank you Maddie for creating this routine for all of us who either cannot attend a gym during these times, or simply like to work out from home. And to anyone else reading this, keep practicing even if a couple of times a week; and don’t be hard on yourself if you miss a day, you can always start again. Remember that no efforts ever go to waste. Happy New Year 2021.

Hi girl, quick question does this make your legs bulky becuase I want stronger legs but I dont want them to be bulky, also did you butt gwy bigger because that is anthor thing I dont want. Thanks
@gladiolaulqinaku3 жыл бұрын
@@ezdmyreyes2765 this routine didn't give me bulky muscles, nor did it make my butt bigger. It gives your legs some definitions and it accentuates the gap between the thighs I would say. From personal experience, if you are not using heavy weights on your legs and you avoid doing the squat challenges, then you'll develop lean and long muscle. Yet, I would recommend some squats and lunges for toning. I hope this helps.

You're doing an amazing job! I never worked out before, only started last week and follow your exercises every dayI My legs feel a little shaky right now lol. I'm turning 53 next month and want to get rid of some fatty problem zones on my body; I lost 7-8 kgs since quarantine began and have loose skin. I hope I can burn some of that fat when I'm further evolved with the exercises. Thank you for inspiring people and especially women, keep up the good work!

I LOVE it! A couple of years ago, I almost lost my leg to a nasty infection. They actually talked about amputating. These workouts help me build strength and mobility. THANK YOU!

I've been doing this workout everyday for a week now and I definitely feel improvement. I don't stop or take breaks during the exercises anymore and my legs feel stronger. It definitely works. I haven't SEEN any improvement yet, but I'll update if I do.

I love this workout! The exercises are long enough to feel the burn and just when I think I can not do another rep you switch to a different position. I am soon to be 55 and want to continue to be fit for many years to come. Workouts like this that are easy on my knees are helpful.

Thanks, this was hard work so will be repeating daily, I have lost a lot of tone in my hip area due to arthritis but have been doing other things to keep fit, avoiding the painful area. This was manageable today so it should only improve. Toned muscles support bones!

I gained the quarantine 15 (18 actually). Since I've been doing your Mad videos these these past 6 weeks, I've lost 10 pounds and gained muscle. I do one (sometimes two) a day. My first video was a 15 minute one I could barely get through. Easier now, but still plenty challenging. Thanks for getting me off my butt and back into workout routines. I love it!

January calendar Day 12!!! I really enjoyed this workout! I liked how it targeted the inner and outer thighs and they were different types of exercises besides just squats (I do love squats though). The 15 minutes didn't seem that long. I also liked the formatting, as it made it not as daunting.

I love your workouts, your voice is so lovely and calming! The speed and strength is just right and I just rest for 30 seconds if it's really getting too much! Thank you so much, I actually look forward to doing them (especially when they're lying down, my cat comes to join in too!) xx

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
