My dog really enjoys your voice. Every time I work out with your videos, he comes in, sits down next to my phone and just enjoys the moment, while wiggling his tale. Sometimes he even comes closer to my phone, probably to hear better and blocks my screen with his face 😂🤣

WWWWow! In my 43 years of working out nearly every day, I have never used my muscles like this! Everything was shaking, waist-down! Loved it. What a fun, new workout experience. I worried a little bit about my knees, since I couldn't stick my butt out when bending them, to engage my glutes to protect them, but I'm not in pain post- workout, which is a good sign. And I like this so much I'll definitely do it again.

An amazing workout!!! It's great to work on strengthening the muscles of your ankles and feet too. This workout gives you a real boost of energy and a good mood. Really demanding and challenging.... But also a lot of fun. Thank you so much🙏

Another fab workout of yours - thank you! I’ve hit a bit of a plateau always doing my favourites of yours again & again, trying to mix it up a little. My legs were like jelly second set - trying to bring it in & out but it was going all over the place, sure it was doing some good! 😊

This was such a nice variation of a leg workout! Will do this more often, especially after boxing the day before, so the legs feel lighter

Omg I am so nervous about my new job tomorrow and have anxiety but this just put me in such a happy mood can’t wait to get up early to do this workout before work. Sense my injury I’ve been afraid to do any workouts. I fell while jogging and hurt my knees about three weeks ago and was out of work for a while and pretty much gave up on it all after that sense I didn’t like my job much and it wasn’t the right job fit soooo hopefully these workouts will help me in my new jobs.

OMG Maddie! I picked this one because I wanted a slow-paced, simply workout for around Christmas. I am dyinng over here and also not sure my four weeks workout cycle is long enough for either my brain or my body to fully understand the lunge/center squat combo.

I love your dancer inspired workouts ❤ I enjoy them especially when I'm tired or a little sore, they help me to concentrate finding my balance (also my mentali balance 😅) and I feel very relaxed once I'm done 😊

I definitely felt the burn, and I'm very afraid of tomorrow... I'll do the cool down / stretch to make sure to keep the pain to a minimum. Quick update : it is tomorrow and I don't feel any pain, thanks to your 20 min cool down video for lower body. Thank you !!

Does it matter how tall your chair is from the floor ? I’m a bit tall and I feel it might impact the way I move ?

I managed until 13:52 mins but my fitness and flexibility isn’t quite there to lift my legs so high for the whole time. Will keep trying xx

Is it generally better to do more sets of less exercises, which I seem to see in Maddies videos, or no repeat workouts or more movements? Does it matter or is it preference? My mind thinks that less is less so we will not get the results, maybe I’m used to seeing all these clickbaits and a lot of different exercises??

It depends on what your workout goal is. If it's just movement, then it doesn't matter, as long as you keep your body moving. But if its to build muscle or core strength, then yes, more reps do count. I suggest 3 sets of 12 reps for starters. Hope that helps.
