I am using Acon. I just love the mental and emotional lift and energy rebounding gives. I added after my workout in the evening. Normally I rebound in the morning but i couldn't today. I was tired this evening and decided to do my workout and rebound instead of walking outside in the dark and it gave me just enough energy to get through my evening. I will take my magnesium and calcium and probiotics, shower and go to bed. - Elizabeth

Hi 👋 can't tell you my trampoline braybut we've had it since my son was about 6. He hardly used it so I Id been using it on and off since 2021 to help with my weight loss. Really enjoyed the workout. Would love to see more trampoline fat burner workouts from you. So thanks. I'm going through menopause myself. Can't speak for anyone else though 😊

Definitly doable as you say! 🥳 I have a jumpsport HOME bought it at walmart online...would like to have the 550 pro or 570 pro but jumpsport company do not ship to PR🇵🇷 and on Amazon or walmart online show that they are not available for shipping to PR either. 🤷♀️ Great workout, thanks michelle!

Quick & dirty! I've been looking forward to this workout and dreading it at the same time. Finally got around to it and feeling great to have gotten through it. Jump squats are my nemesis...they wreck me. 🥵 Did my best on my bellicon with strong bungees. I'm 56 y.o., burned 121 cals, HR avg was 141 per my Fitbit. Will def revisit. Thank you, Michelle!! 😀

Might be TMI, but can anyone help with peeing every time I come down? Some days are better than others. I had a hysterectomy years ago and ever since I’ve had this problem. Doing this workout really tested my pelvic walls.. 😂

Finally got to this 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Last year I bought a bcan bc I wasn’t sure if I’d like rebounding - by mistake they send me two!!!! This is bungee but I can tell your jump sport has more give. When these break down I will absolutely be investing in a jump sport 550🩷👏🏼. Great quickie added this into weight training.
