That was an amazing quick cardio that I needed to add to the end of a strength workout. I am really loving how you are adding the Apple Watch setting at the beginning of the videos. Please keep that up. That is awesome. Thank you for a great sweat.

I did this twice through my ❤ rate got up to 152 which is super high for me. Great jumpy jumpppp!! Love the straight cardio jumps 15/30/45👀 loveeeeee!! Also appreciate the watch comment/ image, thank you!!!
