I did this workout for 6 days in a row. I've seen a major improvement on my saddlebags (the reason why I clicked on this video on the first time). I can't tell concerning the thighs but I can say it hurts and it burns. Piece of advice if you challenge yourself doing this couple of days : it won't get easier over time. I swear. But consistancy is the key to results. Keep doing it

Okay, I'm going to stick with this workout for a week: day 1: done! I really really felt the burn day 2: done! During the workout I got a cramp BUT continued until the end:) day 3: alright, today I was feeling REALLY tired and didn't want to do anything, my muscles were also aching a bit. But I did the workout anyway and now I'm feeling a lot better. day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7

Hi, Angie, I stumbled across this video about over two months ago and added it to my workout calendar. In the very beginning, it was a bit tough and challenging for me yet I still insisted finishing it. Now I have practiced with this video for over two months and everything has become so easy for me!Not only that, because of the perseverance, determination,and constant practice, I've seen so much obvious improvement on my saddlebags and my legs have toned a lot! Thank you so so much and I think I will stick to it🥰
