Join me for this 15 min KISS CARDIO WORKOUT and let`s torch some calories and tone our lower body! This is a great explosive session you can use for calorie burn, weight loss, and toning. Great for busy days, when you want to keep it simple, but still get a solid workout in.
This Tabata Cardio Workout features 2 MOVES (running and squats) that will be repeated for 15 minutes (2 rounds). If you`re not a fan of repetitive exercises, this workout may not be for you! It's a fast pace high intensity workout that will help you torch calories and energize your entire body!

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

This is my first time I tried your workout. Love the music and countdown timer, but was expecting the second set to be different exercises. I made up my own and followed the timer. I hope other workouts have more variety 😊
