I feel like a vulture sometimes... just waiting, constantly refreshing and watching to see when the next video will drop (coz the KZbin notification alert is a few mins slow sometimes!!) Really enjoying these shorter duration workouts which gives me the option to "layer on" or mix and match workouts as I wish!

You got this!!! Love this workout! I'm getting over an illness and trying to work my way back... this was doable with 4lb dumbbells & subbing with bodyweight only when necessary. I was surprised how quickly the workout moved. Very well phased & so inspired by her. If you are on FB at all, why not join the group "50 and Beyond Gaining Muscle"... very supportive group. I think you would like it. The women in the group use all of Caroline's workout series. This is my first workout series by her. Good luck on your fitness journey!

Love your workouts since I discovered them about a year ago. Even by comparing to 10ish other creators I find myself returning to yours. Adjusting the difficulty by changing weights works great here since most of your uploads are 10+ minutes and I love you repeatedly reminding your watchers about paying attention to the form either by saying or just making it obvious. Done after today's Chest and Shoulder workout. Arms are dead 😆. After the Diamond press arms feeling fatigued already. From 1×slow diamond press onwards was a struggle but pushed through. Solid Tricep workout! Thanks Caroline! 💙

Bulging Triceps!! Wow that was intense! The slow rep diamond press made me feel every dying muscle in my arm 🔥!! The bottom/top/full range diamond presses and dips were KILLER! it was hard to complete the pushups as my arms were so dead. But I enjoyed the challenge. I always love the deadstop pushups! Triceps = my biggest nightmare!!! Did it, but Tricep push-ups, I believe it's somewhat a mental block. But will continue to work at it, until I get this nightmare out of my way! I'm getting stronger, and I note a lot of definitions. I'm using heavier dumbbells, for some of the movements. Thank you Caroline for a fun workout!

Around 60% my triceps decided to quit. I did not quit however. The remaining workout consisted of me falling on the floor during pushups etc.😅 Never felt my triceps so pumped. What a wonderful feeling

I tried this workout about a month ago, somewhere in the middle of EPIC I. I didn't comment back then but I remember not being able to pull it off. Those trucep push ups, that slow diamond press... They seemed impossible at the time! Today I came back to it. The evolution is at plain sight and it feels great!!! 💪Triceps are really my weekest muscles and I've been challenging them more often, whether with more workouts ou higher weights. There is still room for improvement, of course; I'll definitely get back to this some time from now and hopefully progress will be even more noticeable! Once again, thank so much Caroline! You're the best!!! 😘👊

Done with 7.5kg dumbbells. This was quite a bit more painful than the bicep workout; the overhead extensions and one slow diamond press had my triceps on fire! 🔥 Going to finish off with some weighted abs.

Awesome tricep set, used a combination of 12.5 & 10kg DB. Again those Bottom, Top, Full rotations are tough, but loved that slow Single Rep Tricep Pushup at the end, think all those Pushup Holds over the last week helped with that. Triceps are nicely pumped 👌

Hi Anthony...wasn’t this a great combination of workouts today! I just loved them! My triceps were worked completely to failure...on the last slow push up I really really struggled to push back up...just as it should be! Looking forward to glutes and abs tomorrow...my favourites! Hope you’ve had some sunshine today...it is the most beautiful evening here, after lots of rain recently. It’s actually difficult going for some walks now as some footpaths are flooded. More water than in the winter! See you tomorrow! Matthew

@@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew, it was beautiful today but a little cloudy now. I enjoyed today but definitely had more in the tank on the shoulders and chest even though I had increased my weights. I will do this later in the week but with two sets of each, as Im really interested to see how I hold out. Triceps was good and loved the slow one. Looking forward to the rest of the week.
