Welcome to my Walk Off Belly Fat series of at home walking workouts. These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. There are shorter, faster walks and more moderately paced longer walks. The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!
In Walk Off Belly Fat 2000 Step Walk you will step at a faster pace for a total of 15 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. This one is a sweaty one because of the quicker pace, slow it down if you need to!
