These are the type I like best! I usually get fidgety at night, but if I have a good stretch before going to sleep my legs etc don't feel so restless! My flexibility has improved so much since watching your videos, not even as a kid could I touch my toes

I've been struggling with any type of movement since my son was born 3 years ago. I finally told myself that I can do 15 minutes of yoga a day. No matter how tired I am or how much I just want to lay on the couch, I get up and do this! Thank you so much for helping me to make little changes towards peace and health.

After doing these pm yoga stretches now for a week, I sleep deeper through the night and if I do wake up I have no trouble falling asleep right away. These mini sessions have helped so much in alleviating my many restless, sleepless nights. Kassandra, you are an absolute gem, thank you every day.

This is my second try at this evening series. Last year, I experienced lots of back pain during the night following each practice, so I stopped altogether. This time, I decided to do them all earlier, like right after getting home from work, and that has given my body time to move around normally before everything goes cold. For this class in particular, I was struggling with the immediate standing poses, so I stopped and did a sequence of warm-up poses for ~10 minutes. Then I started this video over again, and the beginning was challenging in a good way! I'm excited to be able to continue this series this time now that I'm more knowledgeable and experienced. ❤

Love your energy, yoga, background music, affirmations, tone of voice, talking as needed- more concentration while doing yoga and saying affirmations while doing yoga + your meditation 🙏❤️ Your are healing me psychologically (less stressed, no aggression) and physically (less back pain, less tension in my body, breath healthily). I can sleep easily and wake up refreshed/not stressful! I realized that I did not breath properly for the last five years (at least I remember) or more. I am very grateful to find you. ❤️

I don’t know how you do it but every evening affirmation seems perfect for each day! 😍 I had a really big fight yesterday with one of my best friends and doing those big inhales through nose and big exhales through mouth helped for this anxiety. Yoga is a very reccurent problem in our couple.. my partner just does't understand how much I really need it ... so as I have my birthday on March 31st I wished as a present that we do together your Evening Challenge... and until now it works :-) we did the 8 days and plan (not my idea :-) to go on in May with last year's morning challenge ! I'm really enjoying this 30 day challenge. I've been doing it even while on vacation and find that it's a great way to loosen and stretch my body after walking all day. It's the perfect length of time for a quick, relaxing workout and I rarely have trouble squeezing it into my evening no matter what my schedule is like. #goodevening

I really struggled with this one today, the middle part of the routine was just a little bit much this time, so I gave myself some grace for making the effort to get on the mat instead of staying on the sofa under a blanket and spent a few minutes focusing on poses that feel easy and restorative for me.

Omg I'm in love with these. Kassandra tysm for being such a sweet heart and doing all this stuff for free. I feel great. I've been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I'm only 40! The hospital thought I had lymes disease. I was in so much pain and I couldn't get up. I've changed my diet. Went back to doing yoga and walking. This helps so much. I appreciate these videos. Thank you so much for this session! I can’t believe I could do the length of the Om at the end. Normally my peak tidal volume is rubbish (probably due to the fact that I had lots of bronchitis as a child/teenager- never smoked).
