Thank you for being consistently clear and articulate with which leg or arm I am moving (left or right). With other practitioners, I get lost when they say “other side” because, when it gets intense, I don’t always remember which side I just did. ❤

I just wanted to share the impact this 15 minutes has on my morning. I’ve been stuck in a mental rut for the last year and I have being doing these sort of 15 minutes yoga routines not very consistently. I started doing these 15 minutes in the morning more consistently the last two weeks and the difference on my mood for entire day has been nothing short of a miracle for me. It’s taken me out of my head and back into the present moment. I am so grateful for these videos existing and for being so accessible. ❤

This was the perfect challenge for me today. I was away from Yoga a few mornings, so it was great coming back to this practice this morning, and it set me up perfectly for my intention: Gentle focus. Often when I say focus to myself, it's almost like an order I'm barking at myself. Today, I want to whisper or at least soothingly say focus and stay mindful of what's in front of me right now. And if I don't, I want to say to myself, "That's okay. Now stay focused on this task." Or just say gently, "On to the next thing and you can focus on it. You will eventually."

Hi, I did yoga for many years until a back injury forced me to finish. I love this session, and so easy to do. I'm feeling stretched and managed to lift myself a few cms off the chair on my left side. I find it makes it easier to follow if I reverse the sides, i.e. when Kassandra says right, I go left iso that I can follow the movements on the screen. Thank you Kassandra.
