I'm severely disabled since birth, and have been a wheelchair user since I was 18ish. Doing this 10-day challenge, I'm noticing a marked difference in my flexibility! I'm doing yoga poses I've never been able to do and working muscles I haven't felt working since I walked with crutches as a teenager!

Thank you for these videos. I used to do hot yoga vinyasa and it became too hard on my joints. These are great videos to get back in shape, exercise, and feel healthier.
