Hello Yogis 🙏
Welcome to day 1 of our 10-day chair yoga for loss series. Today, I will guide you through full-body flexibility, mobility, abs, and side-body workouts. During the 10-day sessions, we will conclude the practice with a gratitude prayer and end with chanting OM.
Engaging in gentle yet powerful movements that stimulate the body helps increase metabolism, aiding in fat loss and body toning.

Good afternoon Lee.I have just found your channel & saved this 10 day yoga for weightloss. Will this be suitable for a beginner? I have dabbling with yoga for some time to help with my weight,mindfulness,stress &hormones.So I am not a complete beginner,but some of the yoga videos for beginners are to difficult for me,especially touching toes / forward folds. I am actually very strong,however my lower belly fat is my issue,especially attempting those kind of poses & the fact they don't give modifications for uou to build up to hopefully one day being able to do them,if you get my point? Any help or advice really would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Warm regards Jayne 😊

Hi Lee thank you so much for your amazing 10 day chair yoga. My partner and I are 69. He plays golf and I'm recovering from burnout. Your yoga classes have helped both of us. I don't want to stop doing my one hour daily workouts , so your classes are perfect for me. I like doing Pilates too and of course some cardio; a variety. I'm glad to find your channel. I’ve been struggling with pretty severe vertigo for about a month now. I’m getting ready to start physical therapy to help correct it but this video was an excellent form of exercise that didn’t cause any major issues in regard to my vertigo. Thank you for these, will definitely be keeping up with it
