Three weeks ago, I couldn't raise my left arm without searing pain. I have been practicing daily with you, and I am able to move my left arm almost freely. Thank you for your soothing voice, concise cues, and gentle movement, which have made a huge difference in my quality of life.

I want to say I appreciate you and offering these classes. I have started and I’m on day three and I can tell my balance is getting better. My question to you is after the 10days are done , do I start again from day one? Our do you offer others? Thank you

Great question, Nancy, When you gain more muscle, fat cells don’t grow as quickly as they used to. Additionally, when you stimulate your lymph nodes-like all the movements shown in this video-you enhance your body’s circulation, promoting balance in your body, mind, and energy. As a result, over time, with consistency, you can achieve better overall health. Hope my anwer helps you to undersatnad why this video works to loss weight.
