Three weeks ago, I couldn't raise my left arm without searing pain. I have been practicing daily with you, and I am able to move my left arm almost freely. Thank you for your soothing voice, concise cues, and gentle movement, which have made a huge difference in my quality of life.

Great question, Nancy, When you gain more muscle, fat cells don’t grow as quickly as they used to. Additionally, when you stimulate your lymph nodes-like all the movements shown in this video-you enhance your body’s circulation, promoting balance in your body, mind, and energy.
