Such a great idea to showcase the differences! I really liked how when you’re watching it you literally “highlight” the whole video as to which aspect you’re doing. Bikram or Barkan. ❤️👍❤️ nice job ladies! Jimmyji, your years of experience are always showcased on your quick flows. But you are right, subscription to your channel and doing one of your full classes online is ideal if you can’t show up in-person in Florida.

I love the combo of Bikram & Barkan. One correction for Marta (who is lovely!): no bouncing in stretches, please. You are yanking on the muscles, which does not work to lengthen them. And as you get older, the bouncing and yanking will injure fibers. Find your edge (the farthest you can go without pain) & hold with deep slow breaths, and you will find a release of the muscle that feels wonderful & makes you much more limber over a shorter time!
