This session has three ramps culminating in a 10/10 effort. There's little recovery between sets, so this short but sweet session will help improve your ability to recover, but it will hurt!

Great bike. This is belt driven which results in far less noise and requires less maintenance as compared to the chain driven model.

I find that short efforts work well with perceived effort. But the long ones where you need to pace yourself for several minutes, are better with FTP. For example, if there is a 10 min block at 8/10, it's hard to dial in the power because the first couple mins will be easy and the last few really hard... hard enough to feel like 10/10 by the end! But if we aim for an FTP then it's easier to just set it and hang on.
