Absolutely love Hiit on the treadmill, keeps it exciting. Love the combo with the floor exercises so the whole body is getting work.

*This is the second Treadmill friend I've owned **bestgym.equipment** t was easy to assemble and easier to fold than my last one. The controls are a lot better as well. I give it 5 stars!*

Honestly, this was so great, especially the mix from running and HIIT/Cardio that I beg you to do more of these😍🤗😀😀😀...pleeeeeeaaaaaassssseeee!!!!!! Maybe there is also a chance for longer workouts of that kind? Like 30-60Min.?!

Inspired, love her running rhythm. however can you give the actual speed ur using each pace. A lot of ppl dont know what 80% or 70% or 5k 10k running pace. And this also can provide a goal for to work towards. I know u can modify but I would like a ballpark of what ur doing.
