How long did it take to get those results

@@justinparker8635 It took about 8 months. I cut out soda and fast food, I then started to eat less portions trying to keep a caloric deficit. I also started intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day. I Exercised with this video every day, 5 days a week, with weekends off. I changed it because school started. I exercised 4 days a week since then. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. I still have more to lose of course, but I feel so much better because of it. Just one thing to keep in mind, Motivation is really important. you might not have it at first but you will earn it with time. One last note: If this doesn't work for you that is absolutely fine. Every human body has its own tolerances and preferences. Don't be scared to try new things. Also your body will get used to exercises that you do over and over. You might hit many plateaus, but you must move forward. Strive for greatness! PLUS ULTRA!

@summerdying111 nice excuse for being lazy. I worked my ass off. Ofcourse I didn't do it perfect at the start. I looked like a dying whale when I started, but over time it got easier. At first I couldn't even do some of these exercises, but that didn't get me down. I pushed forward because I didn't want to feel nor look how I did anymore. Now get to work, and change yourself for the better.

LISTEN UP EVERYONE! STOP DOING THE EXERCISES WITHOUT WARMING UP! Do some swings and stretch your muscles. Thats why you feel tired after a minute. Your muscles and limbs need to be at the right temperature to do it’s max potential. What i do is some light swing-exercises and to get my pulse up i do some jumps. Then i round it off with some shadow boxing. Hope you found this helpful! EDIT: Remember to drink as much water as your body needs an hour or two before. Remember the 1-2 method. Eat and drink 1 to 2 hours before working out.

Thanks Coach! No shit, did this for 3 months starting at 240lbs and managed to drop to 190lbs. (Along with a healthy diet with intermittent fasting.) Was just as hard as it was since day one but well worth it after seeing the jiggly fat turn to slim muscle. Gonna be switching to heavy weight for some gainz but had to say this workout truly works with the proper effort.

@@aminah7313 This video was the only video I used 5 times a week for 3 months. Really helped burn calories quickly and keep a fast metabolism. My eating habits were pretty terrible though so I would say clean eating was equally responsible for my significant weight loss.

Do you think it would be smart to try and do some light weight lifting during this process to build muscle? I’ve honestly never worked out in my life and my friend led me here and the comments on the video have confirmed for me to start with a starter workout for two weeks or so and then head into this, but I also want to build muscle as well.

Tae Gregory To be honest, I would recommend to give this video a shot on its own first. It’s only 15 minutes and Coach makes it seem easy but it’s actually a brutal 15 minutes that SHOULD have you burnt out by the end. Especially if you’ve never worked out before. So I would suggest STARTING with this video by itself for 1-3 days and truly asking yourself whether or not you’re able/willing to take on anything more. If you feel you’re handling it pretty well and wouldn’t mind a pump shortly after or later in the day, then try some weights. I’m far from an expert though, all I did was research and lose weight.

I love the fact that this is uncut. He displays the ENTIRE workout and not to mention, he doesn’t even mind showing that he’s exhausted. If anything, that shows that this workout is hard for anyone and he’s just showing us that we just have to persevere to get the results.

Todo this workout, you need a couple of months of starter workouts, you can’t just jump into HIIT. I’ve seen many comments about how people gave up. Of course you gave up! You can’t just go from being barely active to doing vigorous exercis. I recommend doing atleast a month of starter workouts, then doing this 3-4 times a week. I’ve been doing this every day for about 3 weeks, and from experience I can tell you it’s worth it. I can feel lil baby muscles coming in and I can see a difference just by looking in the mirror. Really, to do this workout you need a shitload of will power. If a 15 year old overweight fatty like me can do it, I believe you can too.

Of you DO do this after not working out then you can expect expedient results though. I did it and while it was tough I noticed faster results than if i built up to it.

yeah, i have been going to the gym since 2017 (1 and a half year), and i never dit HIIT(i started cause i want a lower fat level), well, i barely couldn't reach the 15 minutes in my first time xD, He make it looks so easy (greetings from Brazil)

@@bozo5982 I do 6 times a week with one active rest day, so yoga or full body stretching with Sunday as my rest day (n sometimes cheat day) lol and legit took less then 2 months to loose that final few kgs!! I really feel like HIIT is the best and most effective work out, whether you want to loose weight, tone up or just maintain what you have, i love it!

melanie wheeler Just one more question. Is this enough for abs or do I need a separate ab workout? I plan to do some weight lifting too and don’t know how I would incorporate an ab workout in my routine.

@@bozo5982 oh I definitely recommend doing variations to work the whole body say doing abs 3 times a week with full body workouts on the other days. You can find plenty of hiit programs that incorporate weights, they're great! I like Heather Robinson's, she has really good hiit programs that incorporate weights 😁👍

@Ok so basically im monky yes he must have changed his diet, you can only lose weight in a calorie deficit so burning more calories than you take in, if you want to lose weight, what I did was take the normal serving of food you would eat and scrape the rest in a bowl or something, and once you start getting full easier, cut your servings in half again, I lost 52lbs in 2 months and I can show you pictures if you want my Instagram so I can show you

All I can say is that I started this workout about 4 weeks ago, & I've definitely toned up & my cardio/endurance has improved noticeably. Love it, will continue to incorporate it into my other workouts 👍🏼

squire hey there, definitely stick to what’s good for you along with keeping portions down by 1 serving with most meals but it’s good to definitely treat yourself here and there, just don’t make eating what taste good but is bad for you a habit 😉. Me too, used to play 2 to 3 times a week, but any kind of high intensity training killed me in 20 minutes for days. Football is just cardio, is not high intensity, unfortunately. That's why i left.

I’m doing this and 2 other body weight workouts for a months I’ll let y’all know how it goes (not gonna cave on y’all) this is day 4 so far Day 1: 163lbs Day 4: 156lbs Day 6: 154lbs Day 17: 150lbs (a lot slimmer tho)

Father of two young kids here. This video has kept me in great shape despite having limited time to workout. I sub in different exercises to mix it but use the same intervals. Do this video every day or twice a day if you get a chance!

yeah I did this entire workout 3 days of the week. IT has been a little over 3 months and I have lost 35-36 pounds, its pretty legit. I am now 155.2 pounds.

Breakfast: Serving of oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, half a banana, and sometimes blueberries Lunch: A sandwich either with a mixture of 1 hard boiled egg, serving of tuna, cottage cheese, and sometimes tomatoes. Or a sandwich with peanut butter(crunchy), cottage cheese, and half a banana. Dinner: I had about 4 oz of chicken breasts, serving of brown rice, and some broccoli. Snack: Almonds, pretzels, tangerines, carrots, or some other fruit or veggie. -Making sure you don't go above the number of calories u need to lose a certain amount of weight a week is really important in determining the quantity of your food. I used MyFitnessPal to do it and yeah thats pretty much all i did

Did this a lot all summer two summers ago. Didn’t really burn much fat (cause I didn’t have a crazy amount to begin with) but I still increased massively in cardiovascular. Just by doing this, I was able to cut my mile down to 7:28 (compared to 8:40 a year prior). Now I’m back to square one, so making it a goal to do this three times a week after lifting. Ping me in September for results. For everyone else, combine this and healthy eating and you should be losing fat in no time.

@@Disfyncial I feel much better now. I did my best to do this three times a week, but I would say for the most part I was only able to do it twice. Still, it was effective. Once again, I didn't lose that much fat (mainly cause I don't have much and I don't eat crazy healthy lol) but, like I said before, I do feel much better cardiovascular-wise

Joe, i had an operation in February which took me out the gym for at least two months. Throw into that lockdown without access to any equipment and my body looks and feels like crap. This 15 min vid has not only killed me but given me day 1 of my new regime to get back in shape. Thank you ❤️

James Anthony well i did this for like the first week. i didn’t take it seriously until a 2 weeks after. Until i had a wake up call because i was getting to a point where i couldn’t fit in my clothes. So i joined a gym, cut every processed food in my diet, and stopped binge eating. I’m feeling so good about myself man. I’ll keep you updated.

Day one. 198 pounds at 5' 10" I will be doing this exact workout during my existing gym routine to replace steady cardio. this means I will do this workout nearly 3 times a week and heavy weight training as normal. I am training to be in the U.S. Military and this is the workout thatll help me get there. I'd love for anyone that wants to know if this works to please comment on here and also like this so others may see the live progress. At the end of the month if I get 200ikes I'll make a video of progress. To show that yes, it is possible to get fit in a rough spot. thank you and let the journey begin! Also: I have been attending the gym for 2 years but it was mostly weight loss journey. Then muscle build. Now I'm ready to finely tune my body.

7/6/2020,,started carb cycling and cut out the junk food/fast food 2 weeks ago. Started at 206, now sitting at 198. Going to try the HIIT 3X week. So glad no one was watching me tonight. Rode bulls into my 20's and never weighed over 140. I'm 41 now, my 20th anniversary is coming up in 45 days and the wife and I hope to be in Turks and caicos....covid willing. I know I wont have the ideal beach body, but I am definitely looking for an improvement...lol

Workout 4 done.. probably a little silly, responding to my own thread but I'm just wanting to keep myself accountable. So to update. On top of these workouts, I dusted off the old bowflex that has been collecting dust in the corner of the garage. I've been working out on it for 20-30min on the days that I'm not doing this workout. Last week I lost 1.2lbs, and to be honest I was hoping for a little more. So I decided to also track some measurements as well which I just took last night. So I'll check back in at the end of this week with those as well.

Mustafa Ndoye Yes. I can honestly say this has been very effective for me. I don't live by the scale- but my cardio has improved dramatically, my body has toned up significantly, my waistline is smaller by almost 2 inches, & my overall energy & self-esteem have boosted to early 20s levels. I love it. But let me reiterate this- it all depends on how hard you push yourself throughout the ENTIRE workout. Don't cheat yourself. Oh yeah- you have to eat right too.

Mr. Sahab Still my favorite workout 3 months later. I do this whenever I have any spare time. This has been most effective after a 1 mile jog, usually about 2-3 days a week. My cardio continues to improve, but my body has become incredibly hard, toned, stronger & I’m much more energetic & confident. No need to change anything here for a while.

To everyone commenting about: “What were your results when doing this? “How much weight did you lose” “You can’t just jump into this workout routine” I will be trying this. As someone who isn’t too inclined with health or fitness i am going to give this a try. I do go to the gym, however i am just like everyone else sometimes I’ll go and sometimes I won’t. But just recently I’ve been going consistently and plan on working on my “summer bod.” If you would like to join me on this mini journey/experiment with this video i will be uploading videos of my progress to help motivate others to try it out and if anyone has any other workout recommendations i will consider them and try them out! I will need some support and so with that I will leave to you guys.
