Here is the real story: i have insulin resistance and my glucose level started to pick. My doc said i have to lose weight(even tough I am not that fat)I started your HIIT workouts. A month later I gain weight and went to blood test. I gained because I eat more in order to do exercise but my glucose levels go down and everything was perfect. Just wanted to let you know that your effort is appreciated ❤

For those of you reading this comment, you really shouldn’t be. I was planning on going to the gym in an hour told myself I’d do this workout. Was just an excuse I probably wouldn’t have gone, I took off my shirt and started doing this in my living room. I’m 5 minutes in, had to take multiple breaks I couldn’t continuously do lunges etc, but here I am at 6 minutes writing this out because I actually had to pause to catch my breath. This is your sign, just get up, wherever you are what we your doing no one cares. Do it now
