Loved this! Thanks J&T! 👊🏼 Another 10 minutes would be fine by me. I was totally expecting a finisher. 15 seconds of each exercise or something. During the Lateral Bounds I did a punch to the side wall.

I loved this. I recently switched up to full body weight workouts instead of one body part a day. I love these workouts and I can always choose to pause and add some moves. Thank you! 🎉

Nota previa: Fiz com 8kg e é um treino puxadito. Como não tem exercícios de pernas, acaba por cansar mais. Tive que fazer algumas adaptações aos exercícios finais de abdominais. É um treino com boa intensidade mas faz-se bem.

Good morning guys I'm returning to this one as it is really challenging for me to do, especially the 60s of each exercise. I started today to use my new set of dumbbells, the heavier couple is 8 lb, and you guys really helped to me to use them. Just what I needed to start. Next months I'll buy the 10 and 15 lbs. I know I'll be able to handle them with training as you. Thanks for sharing!
