This heart chakra meditation invites you to tune into the present moment and connect with any thoughts or feelings that need attention. You will move through some simple heart opening movement and then be guided through a heart-focused meditation. This meditation is for whatever you need: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, self-compassion, dissociation, etc.
This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
