Thank you for reminding me of alternate nostril breathing. I love this breath practice. Have you heard of SOMA Breathwork? I know it is a different practice, though I think you might really enjoy its benefits. I use it the most when in need of calming stress or anxiety.

Thanks for the feedback! I like to give a heads up of what the practice will be like so people feel prepared throughout. Trauma-Informed Yoga can sometimes be a little wordy because it’s important to create lots of predictability and a sense of safety 💛
