Wow, this is so uplifting it’s truly important to stay inspired. I feel such a deep sense of emptiness. It’s been two months since Jack left, and every day feels like an eternity without him. My mind is overwhelmed with memories of our time together. The thought that I’ll never experience the little things with him again is so painful. I’ve texted him so many times, pouring out how much I miss and want him back, but he hasn’t replied. All I can do now is hold onto the memories.

It’s okay to grieve, my dear. It’s clear that you’re not just missing Jack but also the part of yourself that you shared with him. Reaching out to him like that shows how much love you still carry it takes real courage to be so vulnerable. Heartbreak is painful, but don’t lose hope. I understand how you feel. My own heartbreak was devastating sudden and brutal. It left me feeling lost and shattered. In my desperation for solace and guidance, I turned to a spiritual counselor recommended by a friend.

To those of you who feel, as I do, a toxic relationship with oneself I tried this with the other person being that dark monster inside of me. That part of me who never feels like he can be loved, never feels he is enough, but instead feels shame and guilt. Thank you for this meditation it helped begin healing my relationship with myself. I hope others can find healing as well.

I needed this. I wanted it to go longer. The cord is very long and I was just pulling and pulling, very gently. I just saw my partner and I like two hurt people. I was crying but started bawling when I pulled the cord from him. As I watched us both, we were smiling. I heard kids laughter from somewhere. It was so peaceful and nice. I didn’t want to leave. I didn’t even notice where the cord went, it slowly disappeared. Thanks so much for this beautiful, healing moment.

@@nal3601 i know the feeling, just know that the storm will pass eventually, focus on how to heal even if you don't want to and my biggest advice would be to write down every night 3 positive things that happened to you during the day, even the smallest things it will rewire your brain slowly! Also what helped me was to focus on spirituality (whatever form it might take for you) and the bigger picture! You are strong !!

This is wonderful. Thank you so so much. I have had cord cutting mentioned to me numerous times in regards to a relationship that has been energetically powerful for me. The term cord cutting seemed so extreme, since there is much love between us. This worked so well as a method of healing and separation of some of the strongest energies, while allowing the love to remain.

Thanks for this video. Short but powerful! I am new to and excited about entering into trauma healing practices. I didn't know what to expect from tapping. Tears when calling forth my person. I learned that I wanted to hold on to the bond to my dad who died suddenly 54 years ago when I was in college, and that the bond held me in personality traits as well as habitual communication patterns that hurt me and others. I will repeat as I see others have been successful with that.

Thank you! I don't want to get rid of him, and I can't because we're spiritually connected, but there's a chord built with trauma that needs to go. We trigger each other and it's not good for any of us. He looked sad and scared when I pulled it out of him, but hopefully he'll understand that it doesn't mean I'm gone, just trying to find balance and harmony. But it was emotional for me as well, it's so easy to cling to that trauma bond as if it was the only thing connecting us, which it isn't. I will come back to this practice again. ❤

For context - I always had a traumatic experience everyweek for the past 3 years because of my professor at uni and always after he completely destroyed me mentally in lessons he would get up and just leave saying goodbye. When you said ,,imagine your mind is coming back to your physical body'' I literally imagined how I would get up from my chair and I would be the one to walk off and saying goodbye to him. Now when I tell you... in that exact moment I bursted into tears like a baby, therefore thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting this video, it's truly inspiring.

I imagined her pain and soothed her gave her strength to go through it and reminded her that everything is okay in the future she has accomplished everything that she wanted to the worries that ate her up at that time doesn't exist anymore so that she can rest. It was emotional I cried but felt very good in the end. It was the very first time I did this might have to do it everyday. I hope I can heal fully.

I cried as I was releasing the rope, because deep down inside I wish I didn’t have to let go 😔

I too felt a release and started crying midway through but then the ad popped up and it completely stopped the release of the negative energy. I wish the ad was at the end of the meditation instead of in the middle.

I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes meditation makes us feel more before we feel lighter. It means you went deep inside and it can be very healing, you did a great job. Just go at your own pace, little by little :)
