This ride was a perfect ride after recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. I just went at my own pace. It felt so good to get my heart rate back up again. Than you so much for your rides I miss being able to do them daily. Your are truly amazing and an inspiration to me. Love ya. ❤

This is my first 'class' with you. Boy did you kick my A--! Foolish me thought a '15 minute beginner' would be sort of easy. I've been sitting a couple of minutes, and my heart is still pumping. How do you even speak during this? The sprints are killer! Love your sleeping pup. Wish I were Stella.

Awesome 15 min and we’ll spent. If you’re worried this isn’t hard enough- Just increase the resistance numbers! And Tabata to follow!

I have lost a total of 30 lbs since starting your videos in march 2021! That's including going through an entire pregnancy!! I stopped at 38 weeks pregnant. I'm now 3.5 months postpartum and finally feeling ready to get back into it and this was just the start I needed. Can't wait to see how much I'll lose this year following your videos.

Nice and quick! Did this at +1 resistance and it worked up a sweat quickly. That climb was tough at +1! Thanks!

Thank you for this short but amazing exercise, I am recovering from Covid and have no strength and lack of air in my lungs, but I managed to follow up slowly. Your voice lucks like you are recovering from maybe a cold so I hope you are better by now 👏

Beginner series has been great for post knee replacement surgery PT. Cadence is still behind yours; but its a process and I was back on my bikes again at three months post op - slow but back riding again (doc said no hills though).

I’m so glad you were recommended for my spin cycle instructor! I’ve only did 5 workouts. But already feel like I’m going to succeed. I have a ICR50 Matrix and love it! Thanks for being awesome.🤗 ps this is Stephen’s wife. Lol!

I felt like adding a little something to a weight day, and this was a great ride. Easy to up the resistance and stand if you like. Wherever you are at is the right place!

I love this quick workout! I can use it as a recovery or increase the resistance for a higher intensity workout!! Thank KCF! 💜💜🔥🔥. This was perfect after leg day…now for some dessert!

I guess I’m a beginner beginner because I could only get about 6-7 minutes in before I felt too dead to continue. I’m going to try this again tomorrow and see if I can do better!
