I’ve started my weight loss journey at the beginning of the year just four weeks ago. Working out with you 2-3x a week, taking Phentermine, and watching my portions when I eat, I’ve come from 168 lbs to 160 lbs. I’m 5’2” tall as well. Slow & steady so as not to gain it all back later. I’m trying to be fine by summer time. Your videos are so encouraging. Thanks Kaleigh!

REVIVE: Day 23 - Done. This cycle workout was amazing and I’m stoked right now! Yes! My heart rate was plateauing at 130bpm even with a level or two of increased resistance. This workout broke that wall. I got up to 147 and was HAPPY! That means my heart’s still getting stronger! Thank you Kaleigh! Thank you Jason! And Stella, Kaleigh has to keep jamming on the cycle, it’s motivating. I jam too! Shhh! Go nap☺️🤗 ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥
