Man been on your videos for about 3 weeks, along with walking, better me app workouts, and a caloric deficit I’ve dropped 31 lbs since Jan 21st! Today is March 19th. Crazy, 15lbs to go! Keep it up

Hey Dan! I’ve been using Kettlebells a lot for the past year and I would love to see another workout integrating jump rope with kettlebells! The only one I’ve seen on the channel so far was a 10 minute one done by Brandon a while back 😅

To strengthen the core, you can add leg raises on a bar or anywhere you can hang. With the correct technique, I assure you that they will come out. Do not swing, scapulae activated, body in the shape of a hollow. Feet and legs pointed and together. Then you raise your legs towards the bar or as high as you can, it can be in an L shape, like the L sit with full and controlled range of motion. Good training. Greetings! 💪💪
