This was rad, thank you. I am about to move and I'm selling all my dumbells, so I'm going to rely on bodyweight for awhile, so these are so good for many of us. dan, PLEASE KEEP MAKING these absolutely crushing workouts!!! I love your stuff. but PLEASE STOP PUTTING ADS in the middle of the workout (4 spots in a row that I couldn't klick away). it's very frustrating and kills the flow. I mean there is a reason for a 35' on / 15 ' off rhythm... anyway, great channel!!

Loved it!!!! Can not thank you enough for the content!!!! This was an exhilirating blend of cardio and bodyweight movenents that kept the heart rate elevated to the very end. I loved the intense finisher at the end of course . Great job and looking foward to the videos to come

I personally do his hiit workouts 5 times a week. And the rest 2 days it's abs. It has really helped me a lot Also don't over exert on your body. It only causes heart to fail down I've seen many cases like this. Either do the hiit workouts or the dumbell ones Personally I would prefer the hiit workouts

Im 16 years old and i do one hour of your workouts 5 days through the week i just wanna say your a great inspiration for me and it kept me going. Cause I have gynecomastia if u heard of it you’d understand but im started to see the form of my abs and its been a year would i get my abs doing the workouts for another year?
