dan, PLEASE KEEP MAKING these absolutely crushing workouts!!! I love your stuff. but PLEASE STOP PUTTING ADS in the middle of the workout (4 spots in a row that I couldn't klick away). it's very frustrating and kills the flow. I mean there is a reason for a 35' on / 15 ' off rhythm... anyway, great channel!!

I personally do his hiit workouts 5 times a week. And the rest 2 days it's abs. It has really helped me a lot Also don't over exert on your body. It only causes heart to fail down I've seen many cases like this. Either do the hiit workouts or the dumbell ones Personally I would prefer the hiit workouts

Btw with gynecomastia its hard for me to see huge results in my chest but i have to wait till im 18 to get the surgery for it so I’ll have plenty of time to do your workouts daily till than! I ms it enough?
