It’s the weirdest thing when I feel the energy between my palms & then ever so slightly move them away & together the feeling is usually a warm electric sensation but after doing this practice it was buzzing & cold. I’m not sure what that indicates, if anything but I’ve never felt that sensation between my hands-I’ve also never felt into my energy right after a routine like this lol
