Thing is, when it comes to weight loss, it's best to keep health and taste in mind. Most people will drastically switch to foods they hate to get quicker results, Which are sustainable if you stick to the diet. I've stuck to foods I love but made small alterations to lower the calories. But also keeping in mind to stick to moderate sized portions. It's important to listen to your body when it feels full. The whole clean your plate mantra is ( I feel) what continues this cycle of obesity in America. In short, eat what you love with a dash of healthy substitutions. Walk often. Moderate portions. Stop eating when you're satisfied. I really could go on, but this truly is the simple hack to weight loss. Esp for long-term results.
