At age 75 I’ve been doing your Seniors for the last year - great! Like most my age I can’t get to the floor and up again so have to miss those ones out …. Love doing these. So five days a week for 52 weeks my husband (age 79) and I have done over 250 workouts with you. Thank you.

More 20 minute HIIT sessions please! I have been doing your workouts 5 days a week since the beginning of the first lock-down. They are brilliant! I like to complete 20-30mins a day if possible and I think I have done all your work-outs of this duration several times. Thank you! You are a super star!

Loved this work out for the variety factor, I sometimes struggle mentally when when I know I’ve got 5 rounds for example to get through! However I did replace a couple of the moves to protect my knees which since getting back into hiit have been hurting. I’d love to see more hiit workouts to choose from that go easy on the kneesy! Low impact is great but no matter who the trainer, they always seem to focus more on not making noise if you’re in a flat rather than putting not too much pressure on your knee joints.

Nice workout - used it as a cool down after a run. As it's low-impact, I'm going to try this in the classroom - maybe doing three exercises at a time transitioning between lessons throughout the week. Hopefully it'll burn off some of that excess energy and chutzpah! Cheers Joe!

Hi Joe, can you do a session just on how to do a press-up properly? I can't! And also, what to do if you can't do a full press up, but it's too easy on your knees? Is there a middle ground? Thanks for keeping me fit since the first lock-down, I'm through your classes many times over now, even if I can't do press-ups! :) ps. Loved your documentary - so little help for families of those with mental health issues, certainly historically. pps. Loved brother Nicky at London Tech Week too - well done to him!

This is very ice. There is a 35 minute workout you did a long while ago. I do that at least once a week. It starts with front squats, shoulder press, reverse lunge, bicep curls, ground to overhead dumbbell, goblet squats and deadlifts. 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest. Repeated 4 rounds. The. You had a 5 minute ab after the 4 Rounds. That is my favourite workout of yours.

I have various joint aces and stiffness and struggled even with the beginners workout. Realisticly, how long will it take to feel some improvement? I do lots of walking, but realise this is really not the answer and overall, uses very few muscles :-(
@hypnotherapyhelps36952 ай бұрын
You need to do low impact, high intensity or intermediate. Low impact doesn't mean we're beginners as you assume. It just means we have knee problems but want to be pushed still.
