I love the fact that there was something titled menopause in my feed that wasn't telling me how to cure my wrinkles or fix what's "wrong" with me. Great class taught by a guy. We are making progress.

I've been struggling lots through peri menopause. Zero physical activity for last few months. So many sugar cravings. Just come on here in the last week and getring me motivated. Thanks Joe, more needed. Love the Davina chat too. Keep it up.

Wow! Thank you Joe. At first I thought this was going to be like your other dumbbell workouts but it's different enough. Love the focus on triceps too. Please do more like these. Would also be nice to have some abs work for this stage too. Thank you for your commitment to regular KZbin workouts

Thank you. I started my usual workout this morning with a lot of joint pain. Your workout popped up so decided to do it instead. I am so pleased I did. The pain in my knees has decreased. 😊

Thanks so much for this Joe. Great non-impact strength work-out that still gets the heart pumping and a sweat on. I can't do jumping anymore at all, in perimenopause, but love building strength with weights. Looking forward to doing the next one, too.

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Loved the fact it was only 20 min too. It was tough in some places but easier in others. Will aim to use heavier weights as I go along!Thank you!

OMG!! Really feeling it today after doing this first video once - it showed me how very unfit I am. Loved this, tailored for my time of life. I’ve always held back doing lots of workouts, but just this first one has me fired up!

Have been doing these Menopause workouts, they are wonderful! Very motivating and not hard to do! After 2 weeks have seen a big change in how my clothing fits💪 and most importantly I feel great mentally! Hope you create more of the same Joe, terrific they are! Thank you! Cheers 🎉

Might be a dangerous for smn who has sm issues such as a backpain or issue with knees,so that, an accurate explanation of how to keep your body before you start practice these exercises is very important!

Awesome workout. I was resisting do these because I have another strength program. But this also worked on my raising my heart rate as well. I will be checking out the workouts in the app to now. ❤

doesn’t seem that different from a regular workout just a slower pace which is nice to do sometimes regardless of menopause or not

Getting back into working out again after illness and have menopause issues, osteoarthritis and lymphedema so the pace of this is perfect!

This is great! Thank you so much Joe. Could you also recommend exercises for hip strength please? I have had to take thyroid hormones for over 20 years and as a consequence have extremely low hip bone density. I have been prescribed medication but would like to find appropriate exercises to help.

Thanks Joe , enjoyed this a lot , I have developed a tyre around my back that’s going round my front 😳 I exercise every day so I don’t understand why ? Tops of my arms are horrid too can you help ? I have to be careful with excesise cos I have RA. But I want to keep it up 🏋🏻‍♀️ thanks x
