Duuuude !!! How safe is the 07:15 for the knees?😮 I have had 3 surgeries (they're almost ok now) and i would never try this exercise. It looks scary

It really depends on your specific situation, it can be better to instead do a figure 4 stretch aka glute pretzel stretch instead as it’ll target the same muscle group without putting your whole body weight on your knee
