Spirit guided me to this meditation and it was perfect for today. I’m going to my house to pick up my belongings as part of the divorce process. I will handle this task feeling calm and focused. Thank you 🙏 I visualized the whole trip to and from with the u-haul. 😮

I've noted the most productive people I know aren't in a panic-stricken lather, but in a state of flow; engaging each situation in a mindful manner - even when unexpected crises occur. Thank you for designing this meditation. I'm adding it to my "tool box". 🙂

Liked this meditation very much. Approach each task with calm, focus and clarity. handle each task with focus and clarity and complete each task with clarity, Set your intentions for the day. Have patience and focus just as you would every task today.Feel yourself more grounded to take on the day.

Create intentions throughout the day and approach each one of them with clarity and calm. When your mind drifts away from the present, gently allow your mind to gently refocus on the task and continue to reach the goal you have set for yourself. This is a good practice to help the mind remain active to stay active and improve cocentration and focus! Good luck to all! ADB,MD
