This new meditation is in itself very clear and to the point explaining what we can do to find that neutral sweet spot of detachment. I will definitely continue to practice this meditation. I think it holds great promise, (and hope?), for making progress to relieve the suffering that we all create in our own minds. ADB,MD

My experiences with becoming detached,yet present , came about very easily, much more easily than anyone might imagine. Just let it happen on its' own and one day you will fully recognize its presence and you will be happily surprised that it is now a steady part of who you are! I hope that you will feel proud of yourself when you achieve it. If you can, stick with DTM with regularity and every day, and you will gradually see yourself in a new light! ADB,MD . ,

What type of guided meditation is this ? You are barely talking and doing anything in the empty sound video.
