Hey bro when I’m doing my knees sometimes it’s hard to stay up on my toes. I’ve been playing around with it and noticed if my foot is turned out too much (like a roundkick) I cant support my weight and my foot collapses. You reckon I’m turning my foot too much?
@IronboyExperience4 жыл бұрын
Great question. Turn it 45 degrees and not more or yes you may lose balance and the direction of your knee may even suffer. Footwork is super important. Also maybe leaning back too much. Remember the hip goes forward the head stays in place. These two have the most effect on your balance: footwork and keeping your head between your legs (max on top of your foot). Hope that helps 👊
