Struggled with balance,arms complained, legs wanted to wobble- excellent workout! Combining Pilates and weights is a fab idea! But it's those tips from Rachel that makes it - bringing weights down slowly tones the muscles more.

I’ve done this before bit don’t see comments, so good session love that’s short and sweet! But with my balance/ataxia deficits, I find it safer to keep my weaker foot down on lifts, concentrate on controlling weights and maintaining balance! With safety adjustments, and keeping 2 pound weights nearby to switch when 5 libs are too hard to manage, I can get a great, compact weight session in! Thanks 😊
