Standing Pilates Full Body Workout with Weights | Osteoporosis Safe
Join me for a 30 minute Ballet Inspired Full Body Standing Pilates Workout with Weights suitable for all ages. This workout will strengthen your legs, arms, glute and back muscles, improve your balance and give you great posture. I would recommend this pilates workout to anyone wanting to get a good full body workout. It is also created to be safe for people who have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia and are looking for a good workout to improve their strength, fitness, bone density and wellbeing in an appropriate way for their condition. I will be using 1KG or 2 pound weights in this session. You can go lighter or do without weights if you prefer. These are the weights I will be using: amzn.to/3t71akm

Wow Rachel you are an amazing woman... I love your classes. I am very challenged by today's class and I am sweating profusely and my heart rate is quite raised. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I used 4 lbs hand weights and it was HARD. I'll be doing this class again and again ❤

A couple of days ago I did a 30 minute dumbell and bodyweight strength training session, using 3kg weights, and although tired, I wasn't shaking with fatigue after. This time I used 1kg, and time under tension, ie keeping hold of the weights continuously makes a lot of difference! Thank you, Rachel!

I loved this workout! I enjoyed the weights and the challenges. I could interlace my hands in the back and raise them. I've had pain in my right shoulder and haven't been able to do this in ages. That was amazing! Thank you, Rachel.. Love all your classes. xoxo

First I did one older session for older ladies. Just ... to be prepared. To decide if I do a full body workout with weights? Then I did this one. My weights are 0,5 l water bottles, but then, this is very much more than no weight for someone over ... well, let's say over weights age? Thank you Rachel for this excellent one (besides all other excellent ones)! It was challenging but doable. Just the right mixture.
